One copy of the “Work for Hire” agreement should be sent to MTM Publishing. According to your contractual agreement, you will be paid 30 days following the publisher’s acceptance of the material you’ve submitted, which may occur several months after you have submitted your article/s and it/they have been reviewed by the academic editors in charge of your volume/s. However, you can not be paid for your work until MTM Publishing has received your signed contract.
